Elizabeth Knight

President

Elizabeth spent her early career in New York City working for globally recognized PR agencies including Hiltzik Strategies, JG Black Book and Rubenstein Communications. Her clients ranged from A-list celebrities to international business leaders and foreign governments. She developed a reputation for strong creativity in story pitching, which resulted in a large roster of national press connections and media placements that achieved exceptional reach and desirable positioning. She volunteers her skills with Girls, Inc. and holds a B.A. in editing, writing & media.

Tracy Knight

Vice President & Senior Advisor

For nearly 20 years Tracy owned Knight Marketing, an award-winning marketing communications firm that served regional and national accounts. The firm worked with dozens of hospitals, hospice companies, healthcare technology firms, nonprofits and senior living communities around the country. After selling the company in 2016 she worked as an independent marketing consultant. She currently serves on the board of Gulf Coast Community Foundation, one of the largest community foundations in the U.S., and is the vice chair for State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota’s board of trustees. She holds a B.S. in public relations.

Emily Knight

Digital Content Manager

Emily is a digital content producer who has worked in the film industry in New York City and in destination marketing. While in New York she worked for Archer Gray, a media production company, and on several movies and series pilots. As a destination marketer she liaised with reporters from throughout the U.S. and produced content in blog and video form for social media and online marketing campaigns. She holds a B.F.A. in digital filmmaking from the Ringling College of Art and Design.

Max Kelly

Design Director

Max carries on the creative tradition inspired by his grandfather, an illustrator in the early 20th century, and his father, an artist and commercial photographer. He ultimately went on to study fine art at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. His photography and graphic design can be seen throughout the region, state, and nation in numerous corporate brands, on websites and in the marketing materials of local and far-flung businesses.

Tom Knight

Public Affairs & Nonprofit Consultant

Tom spent 34 years in law enforcement, including 12 years as the elected Sheriff of Sarasota County, FL. He is now the CEO of First Step of Sarasota, a regional nonprofit for behavioral health and substance abuse recovery. He is also a national consultant with the Center for Public Safety Management.

In his time as sheriff he gained statewide and national prominence for his advocacy and innovative approaches to reducing crime and related chronic social issues. His efforts have been reported by numerous regional and national media outlets and he has been featured as a contributing opinion writer for publications such as The Hill. He has received many awards including the Florida Association of Counties Partner of the Year. He holds a B.S. in criminology and a graduate certificate in public administration.

Rick McNeely

Reputation Management Partner

Rick McNeely has been in the digital marketing space since its inception. An expert in online reputation management, he founded Operation Reputation and GetFoodReviews.com, two platforms that help businesses manage their online reviews and join conversations about their brands. As a marketing executive, Rick worked with both public and private companies and cofounded the international digital agency Smash Media in 1999. 

Rick currently volunteers as a business coach and marketing strategist for start-ups and non-profits across the U.S. including, BiziWork of Washington State, Broken Ghost Immersives of New York City and Project Lift of Palm City, Florida.
